Do you have a riding lawnmower and want to make $300 for an hour or two of work? Are you dependable? Then we're looking for you! 1. Cut no more often than every two weeks 2. Don’t run over trash that’s going to explode into a thousand pieces, pick it up (small items aren’t a big deal) 3. Spray weed killer on any areas where you can’t get the mower (you shouldn’t have to get off the mower with this gig) 4. Blade Height should be no less than 3’ (and you’ll need to watch out for plumbing lines even at that height) 5. No weed eating (you can do this if you prefer it over weed killer just don’t destroy the trailer skirting) 6. No Blowing 7. No Bagging 8. No Edging 9. If you do break a window (or break anything in general) fix it or contact us, we’ll get it repaired and charge you back for the damages incurred. I've had people cut this property for as low as $200 a cut, but I can't get anyone to do a decent job. Either I have to chase them down, or they don't cut the whole property, or they just ghost out on me. I'm willing to go as high as $300 per cut and to have it cut as often as once every two weeks. You are welcome to go by and look at the property as well. You'll be cutting everything between Aenon Lane and the tree line no the left as you enter the park. If you can't do this long term please don't contact me. I'm like my 6th lawn care guys now.
