Cat was rescued from the the vet. He was turned in after being ran over by a car. His legs don’t work fully but he is able to use them to get around. He uses the litter box and usually just stays put. He does have a slight aggression towards people. It took him a while to let us pet his head. If we turn in to animal control they will kill him.
