This was weeks ago. I saw you downtown walking your dog and then I saw you again on the east waterfront going up the Burnside stairs. You pulled down your mask and smiled, you were wearing a black jacket and neon green hoodie. Your dog was light brown i think and you were in control lol. I don't remember what I was wearing but I have red pink hair and was listening to music. When you were walking back on the bridge I was waving to you from below because it felt silly. I hope I see you and your dog again.
