Anyone in foodservice that can order an item from Sutherlands?

(Is it hypocritical to post in CL community & expect someone to read this? When, besides the rideshare section, I've literally never browsed here myself? Hmm.) Sutherlands, if you didn't know, is a food supplier & distributor to restaurants, hotels etc. Unless one does a minimum $3K order, 4x per month, Sutherlands allegedly tells you to get bent. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, they aren't the only game in town. But. Sutherlands carries a certain item, that isn't distributed anywhere else that I can readily get it. And wouldn't you know, Sutherlands hasn't answered my inquiries on their website. Probably because they're too busy making money hand over fist with their order minimums. Is there anyone locally, preferably northside/eastside, that could consider helping out & add a few cases to your next delivery? Shelf stable item, case is about the size of a cilantro crate. You could mark it up a little so it qualifies as a "resale".
