Moving Help Needed - I Have The Uhal 3/6 10am

I need help loading a 550 sqf apartment (sectional, 2 beds, book shelf, desk, table/chairs, 2 tv stands + boxes) into a uhal truck and unloading at the storage facility. I have the Uhal truck - and my friend helping as well. This move is for Sunday morning 3/6 at 10am. My building has stairs, but the storage unit is on the 2nd floor with a freight elevator. Please send your rate over as I would like to get this squared away asap. I would rather pay a flat rate for the day then by the hour. Please let me know what you would charge. Also please be drug free + reliable. Thanks!
