Job Description: The Master Plumbing Installation Leader will oversee all installations in the Greater Atlanta market for American Standard’s Home Services Division. This fast-growing division will be responsible for bringing our 140-year-old tradition of unmatched quality and innovation to every home we remodel in Georgia. Our Installation Leader must be able to motivate, train, and lead our installation team to success. Reporting to the Leader of National Installation, the person in this role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders across all business functions and teams to develop and execute our employee installer strategy. Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 yearly Job Duties: Maintains Master Plumber license(s) and maintaining State and Municipal license(s) required for AS to engage in the business the license covers Manages and develops installation team members including interviewing, coaching, setting priorities and terminations when applicable Continuously evaluate and track current installer’s skill sets and training to ensure that technical training and product knowledge is ongoing, ensuring the development of each team member Develops forecasts for installation growth and profitability with plans to meet forecasts Oversees operations to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place Resolves customer issues and/or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Provide reporting to leadership on key metrics such as installation volume, field challenges, and open vs. closed jobs… Enforce established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures Complete on-site inspections weekly and training when needed Maintain our service vehicles, ensure dress code is followed and the overall presentation of each installation team Essential Skills: Sense of urgency - ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and focus on customer service Excellent communication – strong ability to present, train and communicate effectively Enthusiastic demeanor- ability to approach business and compliance issues with enthusiasm, recognizing the potential for growth in both profit and revenue Physical fitness – must be able to lift, carry, stand, bend, and kneel for long periods, which requires stamina and physical endurance Math skills – understanding measurements and applicable math Time management – meeting deadlines and completing installation projects on time and within budget Attention to detail – must ensure that projects adhere to all specifications and coding regulations Troubleshooting – when any aspect of the installation process runs into trouble, must address these issues and offer viable, effective solutions Analytical thinking – interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings/specs using analytical skills Requirements: Current Master Plumber License 10 years of prior installation, plumbing, or management experience High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent years of work experience Valid Driver License for the State of Georgia Ability to submit to a background check, DMV and drug test Benefits: Strong medical, dental, vision, and with optional FSA or HSA accounts 401k match Generous PTO and Holiday pay schedule Guaranteed life, accidental, and disability insurance Legal insurance, Gym Reimbursements, and other perks and discounts
