Need a licensed or retired plumber/handyman

I have a nice little issue with my laundry lines that I absolutely need fixed asap and some other various handyman things around the house. It should take about a day and 1/2. So maybe 15 hours? I’ll pay $40 an hour, AFTER job is complete. No upfront money. I could do 1/2 at the 50% point but if your desperate for cash immediately, your already a red flag to me. The plumbing issue is my major concern, I have 2 quotes from major companies so if your findings are not the same, I’ll assume you do not know enough to do this job.
