Hi - We are an established Seattle based band looking for a committed and talented female vocalist to work with and complete our current line-up (Male Vocalist/Drums/Bass/Keys/Guitar/Percussion). We perform mostly covers of artists such as Chic, Stevie Wonder, Kool & the Gang, Jamiroquai, Sister Sledge, Prince, Michael Jackson, The Emotions, The Crusaders + many more, and also write and record original material. We’re really open to playing lots of varied material, as long as it makes people smile and dance. Our post COVID goal is to perform between 10-20 gigs per year, have lots of fun doing it, record more original material and enjoy what we do. Although a lot of gigs will be paid, this isn’t our primary motivation and enjoyment for everyone involved is the aim. We rehearse at least one evening a week in a nice practice space in George Town, and would be looking for this weekly commitment from someone. This is not solely a BV gig, and you would be sharing singing responsibilities with a male vocalist depending on what the track needs. We are a truly collaborative band, and would be totally open to performing all types of tracks within our given genre, as long as it's fun to play.
