Secondhand smoke/vape local discussion group + task force

If you are enduring unwanted secondhand smoke or "vape" seeping into your apartment, condo, duplex other Multi-Unit-Housing (MUH) property, or similar shared-living situation, I would very much like to hear from you. I have lived in the Portland Metro area for many years. This is my first public post on the matter. I have learned a lot in three months' of research, mostly that there are a number of smokefree advocacy groups existing, but none appear to be responsive to individuals' problems. The goal is to form a discussion group, perhaps a task force of sorts, and possibly, provided there is enough interest, an accountable non-profit organization dedicated to finding solutions to the common problem. At the very least we can share our stories and what we have learned. Thank you for your time.
