I am a musician and mastering engineer looking to rent out a room or office space. I can work with a finished shed or basement or garage, if there is a possibility for a wifi connection. Ideally, I'm looking for a rectangular space that is at least 10 ft wide. I can work with a slightly smaller space, but I would prefer it not have any weird shapes or cut out spaces. I also need a wifi connection and a decent amount of electrical outlets. With my work schedule, I would be looking to actively use this space for 3-4 days out of the week but leave some equipment and furniture in the space so that I don't have to completely recalibrate every time I come in. I would be using the space as both a mixing space and a creative space, which means singing, weird noises, repetitive loops, and music at a medium volume being played for hours. My budget is around $400/mo. If the space meets all of these requirements and more, that amount is negotiable.
