re: Democrats and voting laws

National elections rarely are decided by one state and their electors selected, by the way there are plenty of Democrat selected electors in dozens of states and I'm sure you're not going to tells us they have no favorites or biases because if you are you're full of Schiff. It's so clear you're a radically biased bigoted Democrat without a shadow of a doubt. Just like here in California the "laws on the books" are made by the majority political party which follows Congressional and Constitutional law. You're suffering from some kind of political mental illness if you claim otherwise. It's very easy to vote in Texas, you request an absentee ballot in advance of an election providing the proper easily obtained ID required that anyone of voting age has and you're sent a ballot or you go to the polling location in your neighborhood and vote in person. There's nothing extraordinary about it we've done this for hundreds of years no matter what you say, no one has to ride for days on a horse from the range to cast their ballot. Let's get to the heart of this, you as a Democrat want no verification of ballots counted, no proof they're from registered voters showing verifiable ID. Your claims that millions of potential voters are locked out of the vote is fictional, a whole cloth lie of mega proportion you can't prove. While you tell us the last Presidential election was the most secure ever you still want to make wholesale changes that coincidentally favor Democrats because less proof of valid ballots cast will be the new rule. To imply real voters don't have proper ID is like saying the same don't have a pair of shoes, it's absurd and you know it. You are extremely transparent in your political bias because it's clearly extreme and I might add it's why you refuse to debate the issue with me or anyone else, you haven't the guts to defend what you say. You want to institutionalize a Putin-ish styled election process. Well Pilgrim, it's not happening here in the beautiful US of A. You know presenting an ID to vote is not a big deal. You know what is? Appointed "electors" in Georgia can discard a precinct's votes and cast their own using baseless or suspected evidence. THIS is the primary reason why there's so much discord over "voting rights". So let's say a precinct or county elections are over and the results don't match what the electors want. Guess what they do? And who is putting these types of laws on the books without voters approving? Republicans. And who controls who gets "appointed" to be an "elector"? Right now it's Republicans. So tell us how this is a good thing? This is called voter suppression. Just like in Texas where mail in ballots weren't allowed. Wanna know why Trump carried Texas? Because people who would've voted against him were up against a system that made it very difficult to vote. Even the governor of Texas said he if he'd made it easier to vote that Texas would've turned blue. So tell us how these attempts to make voting hard, control the hours polls are open, and be able to discard votes you don't like are good for a democracy? This is how they do it in communist countries. For a group of people who vehemently scream about their distaste for communists and dictators you seem to employ their tactics very easily. For a group who screams election integrity you seem to want to be able to ensure only Republicans are voted for. If it was the Dems doing this you'd be rightfully screaming BULLSHIT. But because it's the GOP doing it, well that's okay. What's the word for this? Oh yea, hypocrisy!
