You must have the experience to do skillfully most general Property maintenance / upkeep/ cleaning, minor repairs, Housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professional assistance to the monogamous gentleman couple, etc. The nice apartment is just for the 1 person hired - and would be at NO rental cost IF in trade for your skilled work hours every week. Any work hours beyond the initial 30 hours weekly would be paid at $15 hourly. Requires professional appearance, Nonsmoker, references, background check / drug screen.
