No Roofing or Construction Experience Needed! Local Home Improvement business is seeking a full-time person to manage our social media channels. This is a hands-on position and it is not a "Work from home" job. Our office is located off Tryon Rd in Raleigh. The right candidate will have reliable transportation (Own your vehicle). Must have a device to record video and NOT BE SHY to be in front of the camera to interview satisfied customers, job sites, and overall all aspects of the day-to-day of our business. We want you to TELL OUR STORY! Duties would include: Traveling to job sites day to day. Create short videos and edit them with graphics. Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs. Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources. Social Media Marketing Manager Qualifications/Skills: Public speaking/comfortable in front of a camera-video Social media skills Creating and maintaining client relationships Coaching and subordinate involvement Managing Processes Self-motivated yet customer-focused Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Familiar with financial planning and strategy Qualifacations/Skills Marketing/journalist degree is a + Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Respond with resume and or cover letter with experience.
