Description
The first floor of a 3-story wood-frame building needs some waterproofing work done. The first floor unit is built on the grade and had some water intrusion issues in the past. There is NO crawling space or basement.
There appears concrete footings along exterior walls and the footing is about 6-20 (my estimate) inches raised above the grade. But the flooring inside is 5 to 6 inches below the grade. Over time, some part of floors already rotten out.
I have small budget. Please bring your idea and cost estimates. Please text me for the address. Thanks.
The building footing has small perimeter, 20 ft wide x 30 ft length. I also attached the measurement of the 1st floor.
