We are looking for a quality personnel with a positive attitude and professional appearance to join our team and provide our clients comfortable, safe transportation to and from physician visits, hospital discharges,  and timely manner. We provide non-emergency bed confined and wheelchair transportation. Personnel responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning of the vehicle, planning each route based on computer aided dispatch and road and traffic conditions. Ultimately, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Responsibilities • Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested • Have excellent customer service skills • Assist clients with loading and unloading on stretchers and wheelchairs • Have terrific communication skills • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed • Answer clients’ questions with patience and courtesy • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
