RE Management Solutions is a Baltimore City based Construction Management Firm searching for a lead carpenter for home remodeling and renovations in the Baltimore City area. Our team renovates approximately 8-10 homes a year. The lead carpenter will be responsible for managing a team of 3 - 4 in the following categories: - Reading Construction Plans as developed by Architect - Framing - Drywall Install - Finishing - Millwork - Trims - Flooring - Window Installations - Cabinetry Installation - Tiling Installations - Painting - Oversea HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing sub-contractor rough-ins - Oversea roofing sub-contractors Experience Level: Lead Carpenter shall have a minimum of five years of experience in home remodeling with skills mentioned above. The lead carpenter should have all required tools and own means of transportation. Fuel to and from the jobsite can be compensated. Employment is available as a full time employee or as a independent contractor. Compensation will be based and experience and skill level. The lead carpenter can be paid weekly or bi-weekly depending on preference. Bonuses are available on a project by project basis. Finders fees available for any other junior carpenters introduced to the team.
