Hiring Remodel Construction Job Site Assistant Supervisor General Contractor seeks motivated job site supervisor and or assistant supervisor who can handle daily activity's for multiple projects for fast paced, residential - commercial construction projects. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in residential, commercial, general construction including experience in many trades as applicable. (Willing to train the right Candidate) Great Customer Service and Organizing Skills. • Job site supervision of all trades, vendors etc executing job progress and duties. • Proficient in multi-tasking. • Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities. • Maintains a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, vendors, sub-contractors and other business contacts. • Read, understand building, remodeling plans and interpretation of project. • Know general building codes. • Experience in but not limited to directing sub-contractors, setting schedules, providing take off quantity's, finding job site solutions to problems, planning, executing projects, subcontractors etc on a daily basics. • Estimating, basic computer skills, spread sheets, proficient response times. • In charge of scheduling all subcontractors, vendors for projects. • Soliciting bids from contractors, vendors, etc. • Turn in weekly job reports, schedules. • Must be detailed orientated, keeping accurate records. • Manage Contractors during all phases of Construction. • Troubleshoot and monitor quality standards and practices of trade partners, ensuring job site safety at all times. • Coordinate workflow and activities of multiple trade partners. • Conduct pre-walk through inspection in a timely manner. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, identify problematic issues, and meet deadlines. • Interacts with others effectively by utilizing good communications skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company. • Capable to work independently with good judgment in a fast-paced environment. • Capable of working within a team environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Willing to put on tool belt when needed, etc do carpentry, general remodel trade work and or labor work, punch out work, mobilization, prep-work, go to stores to get materials etc. • Insuring that all workers follow all safety rules and regulations in order to stay safe (OSHA) • 100% Reliable. • Interact with our customers, keep them updated on their projects etc If interested please reply and send your resume for consideration.
