Description
Customer Service Specialist Certificate
The student will learn key skills required to be an effective customer service specialist. These include communications, interpersonal, critical thinking, and conflict resolution. The student will receive training in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Upon completion of the training, the student will receive a resume and assistance in finding a position as a customer service specialist including remote, work from home.
