I am the owner of All-Shield Pest Control. At the moment I am looking to expand my business into Crawlspace cleanout work. I run into too much work that needs to get done and don't have the means to complete these projects for my customers. (HELP ME CHANGE THAT!) I need an experienced technician with a go-getter attitude who understands the industry (at least to some degree) and is willing take on projects and help with bids. As I am brand new into the industry we will need to discuss this opportunity further. I am looking forward to hearing from you if your potentially interested. Once contacted we can set up a meet for an interview to discuss things further. - REQUIRED - - - A RESUME IS NOT REQUIRED BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO INCLUDE A HISTORY OF YOUR WORK AND A LIST OF REFRENCES WOULD BE HELPFUL AS WELL. CLEAN DRIVING RECORD SOME EXPERIENCE - MAINLY THE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO CONDUCT PROPER, QUALITY WORK OF REMOVAL OF ALL OLD MATERIAL (INSULATION AND VAPOR BARRIER) AND INSTALLION OF ALL NEW MATERIAL. POINT OUT FLAWS WITHIN THE CRAWLSPACE FOR CORRECTION. RESPONSIBLITIES - INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF MATERIALS, TRANSPORTING OLD MATERIALS TO BE DISCARDED AT THE DUMP) (TRACKING EMAILS OF NEW POTENIAL CLIENTS AND CONTACTING THEM FOR BIDS.) THIS ISN'T A MUST - POSSIBLE LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT ROLE --- IF INTERESTED IN LEADING AND RUNNING A TEAM. (PAY) - I am willing to pay what's fair as I want to make sure your well compensated for your work and time. So all in all this will be discussed during your interview.
