WHAT: A brown dog stuffed animal, clearly very well loved. WHERE: Outdoor table at Fuel Pizza at 6th and F in the Penn Quarter/Chinatown neighborhood, just south of the Capital One Arena. WHEN: Sunday, February 27th at 2pm
