Compensation Pay is $15-17/hr based on experience Scheduled raises of $0.35-$0.75/hr every 6 months for qualified performers Employer-paid health insurance with dental and vision 401K Weekly payroll About the Role We are looking for individuals that love working with their hands and are happy to work outside of an office. As an Operations Associate, you will help build and run the day-to-day operations here in Dallas, serving in a variety of roles ranging from furnishing our properties and building furniture, to maintaining our properties to ensure they are in the best conditions. You'll be joining a small but fast-growing team to play an important role in the Dallas market, fueling our growth. What You'll Do Work with the interior design team and follow design plans to furnish a variety of properties; Be an expert in working with tools to effectively install art pieces and build furniture; Assist with day-to-day inventory management and warehousing; Serve as a basic maintenance associate, equipped to handle anything from replacing a burnt out light bulb to remounting a TV; Act as the eyes on the ground for our design team and customer experience team; Work with a variety of local vendors ranging from handyman to property owners; Document and improve our daily operations to help us run more smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Need Must have legal authorization to work in the United States Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check **Must have valid drivers license** Hardworking with a can-do attitude Be able to work weekends Diligent, organized, and dependable Good communicator with a positive attitude Previous experience working with hand tools is a plus (construction, home maintenance, landscaping, painting, roofing, etc) Self-starter and willing help out wherever needed Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution Our Values You pull together - You have excellent communication skills and you love working cross-functionally to solve problems that cut across people, software, process and real-world logistics.
