Full Job Description We are looking for a cleaner to take care of our properties and carry out cleaning and minimal maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our properties in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities * Clean, stock, and supply designated properties in the areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents, bathroom cleaning etc) * Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects. * Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs * Make adjustments and minor repairs in your ability realm * Stock and maintain supply rooms * Cooperate with the rest of the staff * Follow all health and safety regulations Skills * Proven working experience as a cleaner * Ability to handle cleaning equipment * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies * Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets * Integrity * High school degree Requirements - Must have a car - Must have a computer of some sort - MUST be Available 9-5pm - MUST have a valid Driver's License - Team Player with the Ability to Think Critically, Problem Solve, & Work Independently - Organized & Meticulous Attention to Detail - Ability to Communicate Effectively Both in Writing & Verbally - Well Versed with Technology, Especially Smart Phone - Operations Management experience is a Plus but not Necessary - MUST have less than 5 years of experience Job Types: Part-time, Full-time as we expand Pay: $13.00 - $18.50 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Willingness to travel throughout the city: * 100% Questions to answer in response Do you clean currently or have you cleaned in the past?
