Description
Heavy heart doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now. Due to a death in my family I have lost over half of my income and I am going to have to sell my house in the next six months or so. I will end up either in a small apt or buying a small camper. Either way, I need to rehome my girl. She needs and deserves much more than apartment or camper living. She is 3 years old and has the most unique personality. She is a drama queen and is very vocal. She is smart and obedient but WILL bark at strangers. She is protective of me, as the breed is known for. This will NOT be a quick hand over, so if you are looking for that then please move on. I will only let her go to someone who is willing to make visits to my home over time to get to know her and make sure that it is a good match. I want someone who knows and understands the breed. Another dog in the home would be great, as she loves to play, but a small, snippy dog is not a good match for her. If another dog bites at her and keeps at it she will protect herself. I am looking for someone with an active lifestyle, who likes to hike and/or walk. My girl needs and craves lots of exercise! She is a good girl, loving and affectionate, but needs a firm hand to keep her on the right road. Fenced yard required. I will want to see her prospective home.
Again, don't expect to just come here and take her away. I have several months to invest in finding her the best home ever and I will do just that. The time requirements and a small rehoming fee are to keep away flippers. She has a very large cage which I have not used in over a year but it can go with her if desired. She is left home during the day with my small dog while I work and is not destructive. VERY smart girl and I love her so I am going to be very choosy about who she goes to. I never thought that I would have to do this.
