STRONGSVILLE, OH — Traffic will be restricted on part of W. 130th this week. Strongsville officials said work being done on W. 130th, just south of Valley Parkway, will close one lane of traffic on the street. Two-way traffic will be maintained via flaggers, but delays are expected, the city said. A contractor for Cuyahoga County will be doing soil bores near the bridge on W. 130th, prompting the lane restrictions. Work will be done between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.
