Job Description Immediate Hire - LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CREW LEADER Lively Landscape is a residential design/build landscape company serving Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville area. Immediately hiring experienced Landscape Crew Leader. Applicant must be able bodied, honest, hard working landscaping individual that can LEAD a 2-3 man crew. Our office is located in Fairview, TN. This is NOT seasonal work, we are offering immediate FULL TIME - YEAR ROUND employment. www.livelylandscape.com Duties Required to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather). Supervise, lead, and transport 2-3 man crew to job sites. Hands on working with mulch, soil, drainage, tree, shrub, and sod installation. Load equipment and materials off/on trucks and trailers. Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and in working order. Account for time and materials on each project. Responsible for job production and quality. Occasionally pulling/ parking 16FT trailer. Qualifications Applicant must have minimum 3 years prior landscaping experience (NO MOWING) with a professional landscape company. Must have their own reliable transportation to arrive to the office on time with a positive attitude. Valid and clean driver’s license. Required to endure long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting (frequent lifting of weights between 10-80 lbs.). This is a physical job. Ability to read landscape plans, operate a skid steer loader, pull and park trailers. Interact politely and professionally with all customers, vendors, and crew members. Must present a professional image to customers. Basic use/knowledge of smart phone. Drug free with a clean criminal background. We will drug test. Benefits Staring pay is $21 per hour.
