Hey thanks for looking...here's the deal. I've recently purchased and am continuing to purchase old investment properties that need work. I'm looking for solid trade partners (good, nice people) to work with on a job by job basis to help get these properties cleaned up and repaired and ready for resale and rent. I will pay for all materials, you provide the labor and expertise. I pay CA$H and I pay fast! What I'm looking for: 1. Unskilled laborers (clean up crew/misc. landscaping, etc) 2. Drywall wizards (hang,finish,repair) 3. Bathroom flippers (multiple bathrooms that need redone) 4. Siding and window guys (vinyl siding mostly, new construction and replacement windows) 5. Jack of all? Master of none? I probably have a spot for you! What I'm not looking for: 1. Alcoholics 2. Drug Users 3. Thieves 4.
