IMMEDIATE: MALE OR FEMALE English speaking, on-time, reliable, energetic, honest, hardworking, dependable person who is mature person to clean, do laundry, linens, iron, walk dog (Shitzu) daily, organize and conduct other household chores as requested. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Please no childcare issues, drugs or alcohol. Masks must be worn and must be COVID negative. This is a 4br - 2 only are used the other 2 are guest rooms. There are 2 full baths and 2 half baths. This is in a gated community with a 24 hours 7 day a week live security guard. This is a permanent position 5 days per week. There are 2 adults and no children. Please provide your contact number and what city you live in. Please no agencies or housecleaning services! This is immediate and is paid cash (15.00 per hour) through Venmo every Friday. Position also requires fully functioning assistant to do paperwork; must be fully capable on computer (full office suite), social media (all platforms).
