Micro-Mech Inc. is a fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing facility seeking entry level milling machinists for our high volume, high production line. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills, work as a team member within a clean and safe environment and work with cutting edge technology. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong desire to learn new skills, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety. Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to: • Carry out production, inspection, and machine operation duties • Operate automated CNC milling centers • Machine parts as needed in CNC Milling Machine • Effectively monitor production • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management • Maintain a safe and clean work space • Follow established safety rules and regulations • Some assembly Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Good mechanical skills • Motivated • Committed to quality, safety and communication • Team-oriented and self-directed • Must be reliable Benefits available for Full-time employees: • Accrued vacation time • Health, Vision and Dental Insurance • 401K after 30 days of employment • 10 paid Holidays annually per company calendar • 8 PTO days accrued annually per company calendar Position Hours: • Friday – Sunday 6PM-6AM (36-hour work week with compensation for 40 hours; 2nd shift machinist) Pay rate: • Competitive pay based on experience
