An ambitious real estate development company is seeking a Field Supervisor/Project Manager to join their growing team. We specialize in high-end new construction and full rehabs using state-of-the-art technologies and luxury building materials. Qualifications: • High school diploma • 5 years residential experience • Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are a must • GSL license is a plus (will train and cover the cost of the exam) Requirements • Familiar with OSHA requirements (10 or 30) • Knowledge of all phases of residential site work • Detail oriented, driven and possesses strong problem-solving skills • Ability to read and build from blueprints, architectural specs, and/or wire diagrams • Understand roofing and home construction materials, quoting, sizing, and ordering Offering competitive pay and growth opportunity.
