Homeslam INC has been around for ONLY two years but has grown to knocking out full rehabs on about 20 hours a month... Business is rapidly growing and in need of more great teams... Monday - Fridays 9-5p Every other Saturday we are working. $20 an hour. Job is mobile, we work on about three different houses a week. We work in ALL CHARLOTTE METRO - CONCORD - KANNAPOLIS AREAS. Bonuses/Commission opportunity upon each house completed. Pay by 1099 OR W2's What we are in charge of is we complete scopes of works that get homes ready to be rented out for future tenants... No leaks, Walls,Ceilings and Floors all look great... New faucets, new light fixtures, new flooring, newly painted walls/ceilings... It's awesome! Must have the basic knowledge of Electrical (Installing lights of all kinds, installing switches, outlets, GFCI's etc...) Plumbing (Installing faucets, shower trim kits, flush kits, toilets, replumbing bottom of sinks, garbage disposals etc...) Carpentry/Hardware (Deck work, fence work, installing doors, hinges, knobs etc...) Painting/Drywall (Ability to do touch ups, drywall repairs...)
