Join us for an hour long class of TRX Body Blast. Sculpt, strengthen and shape your body. This class is designed for all fitness levels. For those who are not familiar with TRX, you work with your own body weight and build resistance against gravity. You make the workout your own. As you get stronger you can increase your resistance by moving the position of your body. It's safe, easy and a lot of fun.
