Join us as we harness the spring energy with yoga, mala making, cacao, and mediation to plant the seeds of your heart's desires. Join Kimmy and Megan as we greet the spring season with a beautiful workshop dedicated to new beginnings. The spring equinox is an auspicious time to reflect, revist and create intentions, and plant the seeds of your heart's desires. We'll begin with Mother Cacao and she will be a guide in helping you open your heart. This all-levels creative yoga will focus on moving and shifting stuck energy in your body, making way for you to flow with more ease and sensuality, not only in your practice, but through your daily life as well. The stone we will use for the mala bracelet is Amazonite. It's glimmering blue-green tones mimic the serene flow of this mystical Amazon river. The name of this crystal also speaks to its connection to the water element. When you invite the gentle presence of Amazonite into your life, you inspire an easy flow that welcomes new energy and inspiration into your life. It was In 2013, when she started to feel a calling to go deeper in her physical and spiritual practice and in 2015 she received her yoga certification and has been teaching ever since. Kimmy's intentions in her class is to always create a welcoming and loving environment. She guides and encourages her students to tap into their heart space through creative movement, yoga, sensual dance, breath work, meditation, and shamanic journey. Megan has been working in with crystals and practicing yoga for 10 years. Her offerings are for all who are open to receive the healing and clarity gemstones have to offer.
