Owner of Epic Physical Therapy, Ryan Palkoner, PT, MPT, Cert. ART, Cert VRS, Cert DN, will be joining us for our Saturday long run! A little about Ryan: Ryan’s certified in Active Release Techniques, he’s a Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, and he’s certified in Dry Needling. He is on the IronMan provider Network and has over 20 years of treating competitive athletes. On Saturday 3/5 : Optimizing Hip, Knee, and Ankle Mobility and Strength to Increase Running Performance and Decrease Risk of Injury Ryan will be able to provide runners with tips and tricks for preventing, managing and eliminating injuries. Ryan will be available for individual consultations. Following the run, we will have coffee and snacks to enjoy!
