Attendees will learn 5 techniques to make the most of their workouts.
Breath can be used to create heat in the body, calm the mind and quickly oxygenate the body. When you are in control of your breath you are in control of your heart rate. Using these techniques, you can strengthen your cardiovascular system without putting large amounts of stress on your muscles and joints.
You will learn about 5 different ways to include breath in your workout, and then have a chance to practice.
