I am seeking an Apartment Turnover Person. Scope includes Painting and Minor Upgrades in units as they become available such as: Installing New Toilets, Kitchen Faucets, Lavy Faucets, New Angle stops, Change Light Fixtures, Repair Drywall, Touch up Appliance Paint, Poly Floors. Each turnover will have a checklist and materials will be provided. Hourly rate will be based on experience and skill level.
