LF small breed dog, affordable rehome fee

Anyone have any small breed puppies/young dogs (mix or purebred) for an affordable rehome fee? I am looking for a dog with certain special characteristics good around kids, cat’s, and disabled individuals that I can bring to work daily. I’m looking for a dog who can double as a therapy animal/family pet as I manage two homes for disabled adults. Thus, a gentle personality is a must. I’m not particular about age…. Temperament is priority and hypoallergenic is a plus (but not required). I’m not looking to break the bank but will pay a fee.
