FREE FAMILY FESTIVAL, LIVE MUSIC BANDS, CRAFT, RETAIL VENDORS, INTERNATIONAL FOOD VENDORS, SHOPPING, BEER & WINE GARDEN, ART IN THE GARDEN This nearly 30 year old annual spring street festival is located on Historic Grand Avenue between Escondido Blvd and Juniper in beautiful Downtown Escondido. In addition to the traditional street fair format, this year's festival will include Professional Live Music, a Beer & Wine Garden and Art in the Garden. Shop from hundreds of vendors including unique hand-crafted gifts and imports, and international cuisine. Under new management by the Escondido Downtown Business Association.
