Join us at Elderslie Farm to "Get Your Goat"! Take home one of our kids for a 2-day experience with your children caring for one of our tribe. Share in the kidding season and Get Your Goat! First: Sign up on Eventbrite Second: Come to Elderslie with a dog crate/kennel at your scheduled pickup time. Third: (After arrival) -Take our Goat Care and Training Class (15 minutes) -Get your goat,1 gallon of formula and bedding (if needed) -Check out at the Creamery Cheese Shop and sign the contracts for liability and assumption of care Fourth: Care for your goat, feed him/her 3 times and day, socialize thoroughly, warm your heart! Last: Return your goat Sunday between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. (Late fee : $10 for every 15 minutes past 4 p.m.) Cost: $25 (includes goat and formula) Bedding $8 (if needed) Friday goats can be returned Saturday 10:15 - 11 a.m. or Sunday 3-4:00 p.m. Saturday goats can be returned Sunday 3-4:00 p.m. Elderslie Farm is located north of Kechi, on 101st Street between Oliver and Hillside (exit 19 on I-135) Fine and Casual Dining: Tuesday-Saturday evenings. Elderslie Creamery: Artisanal cheese, FroYo, bread, accompaniments, events and tours.
