This class is a hands-on overview of safe and proper knife technique. It focuses on a variety of commonly used knife skills and their related application in the kitchen. Sharp knives ,cutting boards and ingredients will be provided. Students will be able to take home their ready to cook ingredients. Please bring your own containers to transport your ingredients.
