Participants become familiar with the recruiting and hiring processes, the performance management cycle, employee health and benefit programs, handling progressive discipline issues, compensation practices and policies, and so much more. Target Audience: Supervisors, Managers, and those performing HR Liaison duties. This is a 2 day training.
