We are speaking with our body’s energetic field and our environment through frequency, essentially tuning into & tuning up that field After our first group clearing and healing session here in the studio, we realized there was a need to incorporate this type of healing work more often. As two people who have been working in the healing arts with an emphasis on frequency and sound, we have experienced how transformative incorporating these types of tools can be. Our bodies have an electrical and energetic system that is affected by our environment both physically, and energetically. I have said it before, that if energy is the medium we are working within, frequency is it’s language. We may talk to each other and vocalize audibly our desires and reactions to the world around us, however, it’s our energy that is doing the real talking through frequency. When we hold group or private sessions dealing with frequency we are speaking with our body’s energetic field and our environment through frequency. We are “tuning in” and “tuning up”. The frequency of the energetic field tells us what the brain can not comprehend on its own. You may feel “off”, or may be experiencing signs of stress, anxiety, depression, etc. , but may not be aware of the root cause. The body may be sending up “warning flares”, but you may not know what that is in relation to. Working with frequency tools helps us to re-calibrate our energy field and the field in our immediate environment. It helps to bring balance and awareness of where our real issues are sitting within us. We hope that you will join us in this session where we will be tapping into the group energy and working to “tune-up” our energetic field. May this session bring balance, peace and recalibration during these times of shift and transformation. ✨IMPORTANT INFORMATION:✨ We do ask that you arrive to the studio 10-15 min before our start time to settle into your space. What to bring: Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing. Bring items that will help you achieve your maximum level of comfort such as - yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow or covering, blanket, water. We ask that you please be respectful of the space of others as you settle in. ✨We do ask that all non vaccinated guests wear masks at this time ✨
