Dinner 3 of the Omnivore Series will feature guest Chef Matthew Berry, owner of Dahlia.
Guest Chef Matt Berry is no stranger to Dunk's Mushrooms. Not only has he been using my mushrooms regularly for the past 5 years, but he has also brought his Nomadic Restaurant, Dahlia to our farm twice in the past.
Chef Matt has worked at some of my favorite restaurants in the area, and he loves to work with products that are as local as possible.
Join us here at Dunk's Mushrooms, for the third installment of the Omnivore Dinner Series. For this dinner, Chef Matt Berry will be exploring the flavor profiles between farm raised and cultivated ingredients, as well as wild mushrooms and game.
Talk with Dunk and Matt throughout the night about growing, cooking, foraging and all kinds of fungus fun.
This is a BYOB event.
