Greater Raleigh Area Feast of the Saint’s John

Other

6015 Lead Mine Road,Raleigh NC 27612

24 June, 2022

Description

An evening of Masonic fellowship celebrating the two patron saints of freemasonry. Freemasons historically celebrate two feasts of saints who are both named John. The feast of John the Baptist falls on 24 June, and that of John the Evangelist on 27 December, roughly marking mid-summer and mid-winter. As it is difficult to plan an evening away from our familial obligations in late December it has become our tradition to celebrate both on St John’s day June 24th. A seven course meal will be served complete with Masonic toasts and entertainment. All Master Masons are welcome.
