Looking for the right fit more than the most talented, so that we don't have to go through continuous "re-dos". Stability is the goal here. If you are a team-oriented individual who'd like to be in a group for the long haul and would be satisfied with playing out once or twice a month, we'd love to hear from you. All we require is that you'd be available for weekly practices (Tuesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 PM) and that you have a positive attitude. We are a 4 piece band looking for either a second guitar player or keyboard player. We play a combination of Classic Rock, Blues and RnB. Currently we have a solid drummer, guitarist (lead/rhythm) female singer and bass player. We rehearse on the weekends in Ellenville but will be gigging wherever we can and are not limiting ourselves to any one geographic location. The only requirements we have is that you are a seasoned player, NO EGO!!!, willing to rehearse. a team player and don't depend on gig money to support yourself. Vocals are a plus but not a deal breaker as we have 4 vocalists. We do everything from The Doors to Bonnie Raitt to Gloria Lynne to Freddie King, to Muddy Waters to Allman Brothers etc. If this sounds good feel free to call me or text me. We have a lot of fun bringing new songs to the gel point, trying different rhythms and grooves. So it's important that this kind of creativity gets you going. You should be adept at adding color when not soloing. Ages in the band range from 23-33. We plan on playing a few shows a year, mostly opening for touring bands that come through.
