Hello I am seeking an “On site Grounds Lead” for a cabin resort in Chattanooga. Our company is called Timberroot and we offer rustic retreat luxury cabin rentals. Currently we have 26 total properties and are working to open an additional 4 cabins by Spring in Chattanooga. We also have other properties in Benton, Tennessee (Ocoee), North Carolina, Georgia, and Utah. I am seeking a qualified candidate to lead our maintenance department through daily operations, as well as work with upper management to oversee development in Chattanooga. We also offer an individual spa on each property, so the qualified candidate will also oversee the daily maintenance of each spa. This is a great company that offers competitive pay and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, eye, 401k, and PTO. This position starts at $15/hr and increases during successful completion of probation. I am looking for someone who can get their hands dirty, but also understand property oversight. If problems or emergencies arise, you are looked at to resolve. This person is a natural problem solver. We work in all elements whether rain or shine. If you don’t enjoy being outside, or a fast-paced work environment, this is not for you. This position is very visible within this rapidly growing portion of the company and will interact with upper management frequently.
