Tuesday, April 19, 2022 7:30 a.m.—8:30 a.m. Seating starts at 7:00 a.m. Holiday Inn Rapid City Downtown  The Spirit of Volunteerism Awards is held annually by the Helpline Center to honor outstanding volunteers in the Black Hills area. All nominees will be recognized and honored at the Breakfast.
