Krofft Kon will be a day of celebrating the entertaining Saturday morning kids shows produced by Sid and Marty Krofft. Come join the FUN! Krofft Kon is the FIRST ever con dedicated to the talents of Sid & Marty Kroft. This will be a 70s kids dream! The historic Orinda Theatre will be transformed into "Living Island". Come meet your favorite stars that you watched each Saturday morning eating that bowl of cereal from your TV tray. (yes, cereal will be served). The day will include eposides, Q & As, Cosutme Contest, Trivia and meeting the stars from your favorite shows. Confirmed guests include: Butch Patrick from Lidsville, Wesley Eure and Kathy Coleman from Land of the Lost, Johnny Whitaker from Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, Sharon Braird from H.R. PufnStuf, Land of the Lost, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters and Lidsville. Plus, special Krofft alumni guest, Christopher Knight from The Brady Bunch Hour! The Pufnstuf movie (1970) will be shown at the end of the evening to close out this fun filled day of nostalgia and fond memories. Admission is only $25 for all day or a VIP Pass $45 The VIP Pass that will get you in to meet the celebrity guests one hour before the general public. The VIP Pass will also get you a commemorative Krofft Kon T-shirt, VIP badge, and gift bag with speical items including a FREE popcorn and soft drink token. The VIP Pass is limited to 100 people. Costume Contest Prizes are: $200 - Winner $100 - 2nd Place $50 - 3rd Place Costume most be made and not store bought. Let's see your creativity. Contest will be judged a panel for celebrity guests. Get your tickets ASAP and plan for an amazig day at the historic Orinda Theatre! Orinda Theatre has FREE parking in the parking garage all day. Orinda Theatre will be complying will the current Contra Costa COVID-19 mandates. Celebrity guests' schedules are subject to change. We will update you of any changes.
