MARCH 18th
5pm passed appetizers - 5:30pm seated dinner
FAMILY STYLE DINING EVENT

pork belly,-cajeta, pico de gallo, jalapeno garnish (gf + vegan, nut free)
farmers lettuce tempeh wraps with guacamole (gf + vegan, nut free)
1st course
cactus caprese salad-house made mozzarella cheese, young cactus leaves,heirloom tomatoes, hoja santa oil, tepache vinegar reduction (gf, nut free)
squash blossom salad- local wild arugula,fennel, cucumber, and lemon dressing (vegan, nut free, gluten free)
2nd course
pescadito pibil- torched local white seabass in achiote marinated,cara cara orange jugo, onions, cilantro, peppers, radish (gf, dairy free, nut free)
jumbo shrimp cocktail- cucumber, jicama, avocado, cilantro, sweet and spicy tomate sauce
coconut agua chile- spicy lime sauce,onions (gf,dairy free, nut free)
3rd course
ancho braised short rib- garnish with cactus salad and cojita cheese (gf + nut free)
roasted romanesco with encacahuatado sauce -, tomato, guajillo,sweet chipotle and peanut sauce, vegan parmesan (vegan, gf, contains nuts)
tomato rice - onions, cilantro
dessert:
tetela de platano, frito con cajeta sauce (gf)
Tequila that we are featuring is Jaja Tequila and mezcal is Mezcal Amaras
cocktails, tequila tasting, mezcal included + non alcoholic spirits
service charge not included.
A friendly reminder to please dress warm for outdoor deck seating. Limited heaters will be provided. Indoor seating will also be available. This is a family style dining event so don't forget to share the ticket link with your amigos and familia ;)
