Mother's Day Brunch & Comedy Showcase Grab your Mom and/or best Mom friends and join us in The Ashley Charleston event venue at Andolini's (West Ashley location) . Enjoy brunch, bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary's, and a hilarious comedy showcase! This show is PG-13, but not recommended for children. Brunch Buffet at 12PM. Show is 1-215PM. Advance Purchase tickets only. No sales at the door. Comedians: Robin Phoenix served 26 years in the military including 5 tours to Afghanistan & Iraq. She now has a new mission to "Be HEAL-arious". She is the founder and CEO of Best Medicine Brigade (www.bestmedicinebrigade.com) and produces comedy showcases here in the Greater Charleston area. She is the proud mother of two and keeps audiences laughing with relatable humor about motherhood, serving in the military, marriage, and growing up in a small town. Dede Kennedy is a comedian and motivational speaker with a wide range of topics, including her personal story of alcoholism and recovery. Additional topics include her adoption, abuse, caregiving for parents, motherhood, and marriage. She reaches a wide audience as a blogger and an occasional cast member of the national storytelling show "Listen to Your Mother." Dede is blessed with a wonderful husband and two sons. She is part of the Best Medicine Brigade, the co-host of the podcast Your Wino Friends Talk Shit, a cast member in the improv-based interactive comedy show The Dinner Detective, and co-producer of the American Comedy Guild Charleston Chapter Open Mic at Striped Pig Distillery. She has opened for comedians Andy Forrester and Dewayne White, and performed alongside Trish Smart. In her free time, you can find Laura hanging out on a boat, scouring the vintage shops around Charleston, and catering to her very high-maintenance cat, Domino. She started her own comedy room in uptown Charlotte where she now provides a stage for upcoming comics. She is focused and driven to deliver laughs all around while keeping God & family first.
