Seeking a female live-in house manager/personal assistant. Preferably 40+, healthy, well educated, organized, pro-active, minimal attachments. This is a live-in, full time position. You must be willing to relocate. We split the year between AZ and MT… Spend summers in a beautiful house on the river near Bigfork, MT and escape winter under the desert sun on a 35-acre estate in Wickenburg, AZ. You’ll be working for a retired entrepreneur in his mid-seventies, in good health, well-educated and full of life. Duties include all aspects of managing a household; light housekeeping, organization, shopping, errands, scheduling and going to doctor appointments, managing medications and supplements, food prep, baking, laundry, and some daily personal care of employer. A background in caregiving or nursing is a plus, but not required. The right candidate is an educated, mature female (no male applicants), organized, dependable, has solid computer skills, is a good communicator, free of drama, grounded, and not distracted by any serious ties, relationships or a cell phone - You CAN have relationships and a phone - but they mustn't become a constant distraction. You MUST be engaging and cheerful. We cannot accommodate children or spouses. The right candidate will also be an animal lover… we live with a dog, cat and horses. Horse experience preferred but not required. Your pet is welcome if it can live peacefully with other animals. You will often be working closely with another female in her 40’s, so the right candidate will be compatible - please be productive, show initiative, have a good sense of humor, and a willingness to work together as a team. Days off are coordinated between the two positions. The schedule is flexible if you are. You will have a private ensuite room in a beautiful home; meals and vehicle provided while working. This position offers generous pay plus medical insurance, and 4 weeks paid vacation. This is a unique position for a candidate with a specific lifestyle. It’s not for everyone.
